The rules, regulations,
instructions, manuals and records, held by it or under
its control or used by its employees for discharging its
functions.
NRI Sabha Punjab functions in accordance with the
Constitution of the Sabha and as per directions issued
by the Chairman from time to time. Annual Reports with
Audited Statement of Accounts, Proceedings of the
Meetings of General Body & various Committees, all
service and finance related records, namely; personal
files & files related to correspondence on various
subjects, leave and others relevant records.
NRI Sabha Punjab does not have any Rules, Regulations,
Manuals, Acts etc. except for the following :-
(1)
Constitution of NRI Sabha Punjab.
(2)
Guidelines issued by Chairman NRI Sabha Punjab.
